Baby

Well it has officially been announced to the world, so I will add it here as well. We are going to be having our first baby on December 11th. It is very surreal but we are super excited. I've had my first ultrasound at 8weeks 1day and got to see the little heartbeat. Wednesday is my 2nd appointment and Tim is planning on going with me, so I hope to have another ultrasound so he can see the little one. I've been feeling great, no morning sickness and my tiredness is wearing off.

I'm Back!

There has been quite a time gap from the last time I blogged and many things have happened since I blogged. We are officially married now and have been for almost a year...May 1st!!! I started to play roller derby again, but had to quit AGAIN. This has been a rough school year for me, and I am so glad it is almost over (21 school days, but who's counting!) My oldest brother proposed to his girlfriend Brooke right before Thanksgiving last year, so I am very excited for them. My little brother will be graduating college December this year, yea! Well, that is it for today. I plan on being back on here at least once a week. See you then!

Catching Up

I can't believe its December already. Where has the time gone?
Things are going better at school. The transition to 4th grade is getting a little easier, but the stress is still there!

I ventured out on Black Friday by myself and got a little bit of shopping done. I'm usually a last minute shopper or I'll buy online. So, I feel slightly ahead of the game.

I'm having a hard time getting back into Roller Derby this season. I said last year was it, but they talked me into coming back this season. Not sure what it is but there is no motivation whatsoever!


Our newly adopted dog, Charlie, is such a sweet heart. I'm so glad we got him. It's amazing how well he behaves considering what he's been through. Charlie Brown :)

RIP Grandpa....Vacation

Welp....I'm sad to say my grandfather passed away Sunday, Oct. 5th. I went to his viewing on Thursday and then went on my planned Key West vacation. With all things considered I still managed to have a fabulous time in the Keys.

Grandpa

My grandpa is in the hospital from a severe stroke. There were a couple places in his brain stem.
He is a very active guy. He likes to dance a few times a week and golf a few times a week. He would go to the gym and church. This was very unexpected.
My dad and uncle had them remove the ventilator and now he is breathing on his own but having a hard time. I have such a hard time dealing with anything like this. This is such a sad time for me and my family. Keep us in your thoughts and prayers.

Gym

I've been much better about going to the gym lately. Now I need to work on my eating habits....phooey!
